Houndstooth Crop Top PATTERN

**This is a PDF document of the written pattern of the Houndstooth Crop Top. This is NOT the physical top and you will not recieve a physical product in the mail.
 
This pattern is beginner-friendly. It is recommended to know the following stitches and techniques before beginning:
Slip knot, slip stitch, chain, single crochet, double crochet
How to place stitches in the back bumps of a chain
How to make and measure a gauge swatch
 
The following techniques have video tutorials attached in the pattern:
How to properly take your measurements for the top
How to change colors and carry a contrasting color underneath the working yarn
 
*This pattern is made to measure so you will have to take measurements of whatever body your'e making the top for (video tutorial provided) and plug your measurements into the formulas provided. There are examples of how to do each formula using the measurements I took during the tutorial so you can refer back to that for extra help if you need it.
